The Library Is Heating Up!

As the summer season approaches, cool down in the library with the many programs available throughout the month of May!

Our wonderful Children’s Department at the Downtown and Wesmark branches have exciting Storytime sessions in store for children on the following dates:

Downtown: May 6, 13, and 20th at 3 PM.
Wesmark: May 5, 12, and 19 at 10 AM.

On Saturday the 16th and Sunday the 19th, the Downtown branch will have Storytime at 3 PM.

The 2009 Film Series continues every Thursday at 5:30 PM at the Downtown branch. The schedule is as follows:

May 7th: The Grapes of Wrath
May 14th: To Kill A Mockingbird
May 21st: Henry V
May 28th: Pride and Prejudice

Interested in learning how to use a computer, Facebook or the library catalog? Need job hunting skills? The Downtown branch has several classes throughout the month of May:

Facebook: May 11 & 18 @ 10am
Library Secrets Revealed: May 13 & 27 @ 10am
Do-It-Yourself Computer Basics: May 5 and 19 @ 9:30am
Job Hunting Skills: May 14 and 28 @ 6pm
